- All quotes are for a minimum stay of 5 nights.
- All rates are quoted in U.S. funds. Any discounts apply to regular published rates.
- All rates are subject to applicable Hawaiian State taxes.
- Reservation must bee secured with a $300 deposit within 14 days of the reservation request.
- Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or special promotion.
- Taxes, optional charges, or maid services are not subject to discounts.
- Full payment must be received thirty (30) days prior to arrival, or reservation will be cancelled and forfeited.
- All payments forfeited if cancellation occurs within 10 days of arrival and space is not re-rented.
- Any booking with arrival between December 30 and January 1 requires a minimum stay of ten (10) nights.
- All rates subject to change without notice.
- 10% discount on 30-day stay or longer.
- 10% Kamaaina discount.
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Cancellations
- Winter
- Resevations must be guaranteed by November 1.
- Deposits are refundable on cancellations prior to November 1 with 30 days written notice less a $150 service charge
- Deposits are NOT refundable after November 1.
